Tapped by the Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) to develop the Philippine Army Officers’ Quarters (PAOQ) in Fort Bonifacio, R-II Builders completed the 28 medium-rise residential buildings in a record six months, using an innovative formworks system for the concrete structures.

Smokey Mountain Development & Reclamation Project

Radically transforming 25,000 lives, the Smokey Mountain project was massively complex: turning the infamous 11-storey “garbage mountain” into a key part of the Philippines’ 1st master-planned port city.
